The attached list of Manx Accredited Construction Contractors is maintained by the
Isle of Man Employers Federation.

The contractors on this list have demonstrated, upon application and annual renewal, compliance with the following:

a) possession of appropriate insurances,
b) a health and safety policy statement,
c) employment of certificated craftsmen in those
categories relevant to the contractor's approval.
